Since 1995, White Oak Pastures, an EPIC Provisions supplier, has been leading the regenerative farming industry with an exceptional model showing how raising animals the right way can have a positive impact on soil health overtime. A 2017 Land Cycle Analysis (LCA) conducted in their property, showed how their agricultural practices are sequestering more carbon than their beef operation emits.
For this project, I created an infographic series that could help the EPIC team communicate this information to consumers via social media, as well as accompany op-ed pieces the team put together. The response to the diagram and the study were so popular that it was translated to Spanish to help spread the world about how better meat can be part of the climate change solution.
